we just make a mix of saunf, sugar coated saunf, crushed coconut, crushed almonds and 'ilaichi'. :)

We make it at home like this:
We bhoonify the saunf, dhania beej, sweet and/or crushed coconut
Throw in meethi bareek chalia
Mix it together and add some sugar
Some people add till too...but we dont

Yes I've heard that chalia and supari aren't good for health. But neither are paye and nihari :D. We still eat them though :D

Dhania seeds taste amazing in supari...its best when you bhoon them a little bit and then add in.

Supari is very bad ! My neighbour gave Supari to this ‘bad’ man and next day ‘gali ka kuta’ was found dead
