How to avoid it ?
I get symptoms like extreme headache, nausea and vomiting also diarrhoea to some extend.
Is there any homopethic cure to prevent it.

Re: Sunstroke, heatstroke
Nope just take sips from water... and avoid the mid day heat if you can.
Take shelter and all the necccasary precautions and bathe or swim more often it will help you some way.
In emergency situations i would travel by night alone... it's much slower progress and can be difficuilt if your not accostumed to night navigation by stars etc... however it is preferable to travelling by daylight.
If you must go out in high tempretures then wear the right sort of clothing even if you look silly you will be alive and most importantly in my case anybody thats laughing at you cant possibly be a friend so then agian you know where you stand.
Also if your suffering headaches and vomiting it may be serious and i would see a doctor if i was you... sometimes heat can have a serious affect on the workings of internal organs as the body has shortages of fluid organs like the liver and lungs are seriously at risk.
Re: Sunstroke, heatstroke
I have to go during daytime, cannot avoid that.
I take water with me and avoid the sun by walking in the shadow but sometimes u cannot even avoid the direct heat, sun.
I dont want to wear a hat but maybe thats the only thing that might help.
Re: Sunstroke, heatstroke
Yes definatley a hat or native scarf of light material will help cover your head and back of neck well becuase those are the high risk areas...
Also depending on location i would advise you take bottled water with you in case local water supplies are tainted or unstuitable for you... is this your first trip abroad?
Re: Sunstroke, heatstroke
No, I live here, its just hot and I have to go and pick the kid from kindergarten around 2-3 pm.
Carry an umbrella SaadiaB, cover-up with a scarf or a large rimmed hat.
