There is a news that Settlement is taking place between MMA and Punjab Govt regarding Marathon Race scheduled to be held in Lahore on january 29 2006 (just like last year), Now MMA is not going to protest against Marathon. Now they will be all lovey dovey:hugz:

As you must have known that MMA (hardliners) are against mixed-marathon (ladies taking part along with men) so they planned agitation. But Govt convinced them, now they are also going to participate. Following is the new schedule :
At sunrise Speacial people and kids would start running from outside Qaddafi Stadium
At noon Ladies with thier kids and infants in pram..
At afternoon gents …
And after Numaz-e-maghrib, Qazi Hussain Ahmed will uncover the daigs of Quorma and Biryaani, and workers of MMA will have a ball inside Qaddafi Stadium

these women should be at home cooking, the kids should be in schiool and the babies in prams...well they should be sitting on their doting grandpa's knee

You got very valid point here my lady 
This was one of the concern put forward by MMA folks …
If you remember, last year they arranged marathon in lahore and asked all participants to run at the same time. So ladies also had to come early in the morning with kids and infants hurrying up without washing face ( it was sunday ) without giving breakfast to their husbands. These ladies could not even put up proper makeup and matching jewlery 
So when the hubby woke up and learned about this, they got furious. you know the proverb, hugry tummy makes nasty noises.
So now, having the experience of past year, the wiseguys from MMA have asked the govt to give ladies proper time so they could cook breakfast and and lunch for their families, then dress up, put on make up and pack kids in prams. after that they should come around noon to participate in marathon :k:

I agree 100%. Each of these women should make sure that "Handi" is ready, clothes are done, kitchen is clean and in-laws are taken care of...only then they should go out and participate in a meaningless race errr marathon.
