sunnis disrepect the koran! a quote!

“koran ki lachchar (vulgar), ghalat (wrong) taweelat”
( daily nawa-e-waqt, 15th july 1978 )

So be on watch for a day when heaven shall bring a manifest smoke
covering the people; this is a painful chastisement. ‘O our lord remove thou from us, the chastisement; we are believers.’ How should they have the reminder? seeing a clear Messenger has already come to them, then they turned away from him, and said,’ A man, tutored, possessed!"
( the koran, verse 11-14, chapter 44, Smoke, the nuclear explosion.)

jewels,
Your problem is that you try hard to sound logical, but your arguments are always idiotic.

I understand your point about out-of-context or partial quoting, but at least Mr Extreme has written what Mirza Ghulam Ahmad said. If you think he didn't write those things, then say so. If you think he did write those things, but the quote didn't come off well because of mis-quoting then make us aware of that.

Although to be honest, what I saw in the thread about Jesus and what Mirza Ghulam Ahmad said, seem very complete and I can't think of one single context in which those quotes can mean anything other than the obvious.

Anyway, what's the point of quoting Urdu newspapers and few sunni scholars ? If I say, something here, will you take my quote and make it basis of an argument like 'that's what sunnis believe' ?

Not to forget that it seems to me that Mr Extreme is not deliberately misquoting. You are.

I'd say that you should grow up jewels. If you find this an insulting remark then I apologize, but someone has to tell you this and I say this as a friend. Nothing disturbs me more than to see a person making a clown of himself in front of so many people.

Regards.

PS: By the way, I 'd appreciate if an Ahmadi can throw some light on those quotes about Jesus. Let this forum know of the context if there's one.

Mr Jewels quoted "koran ki lachchar (vulgar), ghalat (wrong) taweelat". Yes that is exactly what Ahmadis love to do. Make wrong taweelat of Allah's word.

Dear deepblue,

as for the quotes by mr extreme, some of them are out of context, while others, not very surprisingly, are LIES! there are some quotes that mr. extreme have presented, which, after checking the books, i found that they DO NOT EXIST AT ALL!

The very easy way to know the context is to ask mr. extreme to POST THE CONTEXT! i mean if he himself have read the quote, whats the problem in quoting the context??

i mean, if i write, "some people say aslam is an idiot, but they're not right.", and you quote it as:
"...aslam is an idiot.."
what sense does it make? and well the sentence wont seem to fit any context at all!

so well if mr. extreme is so sure that mirza ghulam ahmed uses bad language, why is he afraid of posting the context? why does he give us single line quotes??? why not a whole paragraph?

As for the second part of your post, are you persuading me to post something insulting about prophet mohammad himself?

Let us know which quotes are those. Until you do that, it's not a strong argument. And Mr. Xtreme you better have some explanation ready if that's the case.

I still don't understand the quotes about Jesus (pbuh) by Mirza Ghulam Ahmad. The only way they can sound civilised is if Mirza Sahib had said "NOT!!" after each and every one of them, and Mr Xtreme took that out.

As for the second part of your post, are you persuading me to post something insulting about prophet mohammad himself? <

Since you haven't displayed (to me) an ability to think logically, I guess this 'll be one of those moments where you come up with another of those idiotic and painfully long arguments. Why would I persuade someone to post insulting remarks about a person I adore ? But if you want to do that by once again misrepresenting a quranic verse or hadith or whatever or by failing to see the argument even if it hits you on the nose, then I won't stop you. Be careful with your words though.

Thank you.
