Unity is the most dire need of the hour. Peace requires harmony in the general sense of community, in the case of Islam, the entire Ummah.

Unity is needed but accepting the slanders to the sahaba is not called unity, it's called sheer stupidity and those do that are severely misguided no matter how many books they fabricate.
