I don't like his personality for many many reasons mentioned above. But he is good not 'great' though in some of his movies like Hera Pheri, Awara Pagal Deewane and some others. His Dharkan was the only serious movie which is watchable.
His voice is very unpleasent for normail or romantic roles. However he uses it superbly in comic roles to make them sound more funny.
