How do you use em? I am getting bored just adding them to salad or munching on em. I wanna use sunflower seeds in desi recipes. If you have one Plz share.

You can add them in cakes, muffins, pasta, rice. for rice and pasta don't cook them for long time, just add them during the dum time, this way they won't leave oil and maintain the crunch, at the same time add another layer of flavoringand texture to the dish.

Grind them abit to make them smaller in texture then spinkle on top of kheer or other puddings.
Mix into kebab mixture (grind a little bit first so that they r not whole).
Press them onto the top of naans or paratha b4 u cook
Grind and add to chutney (don't know if this would b nice tho)
Add ground to halwa at the end.
