Emm,

some suggestions for an idle Sunday
start from your home or dorm
clean up the space
treat yourself - go for a new hair cut or facial or manicure. pedicure
straighten out your mail or book shelf
go for a walk on a beach
check your bills on line
get gasoline in your car
visit a friend
do heavy duty yoga for sometime in the morning
if you can have a potter’s wheel at home, make some pottery - really absorbing activity - be creative
invite over a friend
schedule some sunday events in the community to be involved
if on campus, go for a sunday iftaar on campus with PSA or MSA
draw, paint or do gardening
there is plenty to do
or simply stay home, prepare your favorite meal yourself
read your books
have some really good silent time to reflect on your week ahead
look thru your calendar to cross out or make appointments
call your parents, siblings or grand parents to say hi & ask how they are doing

or in a crucial sunday suxx situation
have a double coffee, dark chocolate chip sundae

I don’t do ANYTHING (major) on Sundays. Sundays are for me to do absolutely nothing, rest, and get bored to death so much that I beg for Monday so I could go to work. When I go to work, I get so bored (especially during meetings) that I pray for weekend. That’s the circle of my life. That’s how I am spending the days of my life and one day this life will be over

I just got depressed when I thought about the cycle of life. We live for day to day and this is temporary.

omg yessss sundays do really suck…loads of work

besides sundays are pretty short. its like you just woke up and more than half of teh day is over already :hinna:
