Hello All,

There have been quite a few adverts on tv for the green terraces project which is 20 mins outside Islamabad. The prices seem very reasonable for what you are getting.

Has anyone else considered buying a plot/house here is it really 20 mins from the Blue Area or is it in the middle of no where? It looks like a good investment but would appreciate any views on other people considering it.

I personally wouldn t buy annything that doesn t exist yet :)
It may sounds weird, but I just dont feel comfortable paying this mutch money for something I haven t seen with my own eyes.

Yes it all looks pretty funky and all the on site, but what if s abit overly done, and it doesn t look like like u thought it would? alot of other things I can think about but goodluck :bigghtumb
