I have a fair complexion. But back in Olevels I used to play a lot of basketball in the sun. Due to that, my arms and neck have really darkened. They’re not congruous with my natural complexion.
Could somebody tell me how to get back my original skin color on my arms and legs? Or at least how to tone down the color of my sun-darkened skin?
This is my first post on these forums and I’d appreciate your help.
Apply a good quality sunblock/sunscreen about 30 minutes prior to going out in the sun. Certain natural ingredients have a bleaching effect when applied to skin such as tomatoes, lemon, yogurt, cucumber. Be sure to drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
Also.....if you find that the natural ingredients are not helping......consult your dermatologist, who might prescribe a cream containing hydroquinone which can help even out skin tone.

Hi,the best way to treat sun danged skin is with laser.Ther is one laser called Alma Laser photo rejuvenation/Fractional mode and you will be cured in few sessions between 1 to 3 and your original skin color will be restored and you have to apply sun block after laser treatment so that your complexion will remain same.
Good Luck Dear
Khizar I just clicked the link and saw those before-and-after pictures. My condition isn't as bad as those people and also, for some reason I'm not too fond of the laser therapy concept.
I did find medical lotions with hydroquinone in them and will be trying one out soon.
