I jump rope and do crunches for about 45 minutes 6days a week and go for morning walks with my puppy, and I've lost 3 of the extra 7 lbs gained these past 2 months... so it's going well... just started lifting light weights to tone my arms and tighten my thigh muscles... let's see how that goes...
Women should start doing squats for the bootayyyy if ur gonna go out to the beach ;) lol just kidding
