Most everyone knows of today’s summer thunderstorm …for me it was a first time experience and it felt awesome in spite of getting drenched !

Felt so ALIVE !

At the moment i don’t like the rain. On Monday i fell 60ft down a cliff-face and had to hold onto a ledge 120ft above the bottom of a chasm. It didn’t help my grip that the earthen slopes were crumbling under the torrential downpour.

I caused a mini-mudslide too exploring caves is awesome but when a thunderstorm strikes it’s potentially fatal :silly:

I almost drowned once i reached this chamber inside the cavern becuase it was below the water table so as you can imagine i was forced to swim down the chute until i found another air pocket then slid further down till i could find the exit.

Unfortunatley for you guys i am still alive :smiley: but if it hadn’t have rained i would have had more time to map out the cave, therse still some four miles of unexplored tunnels down there so i’m going back today, i need to finish this job off before friday becuase friday i leave for Pakistan.

Amazingly this one cave tunnel passes underneath an old village and there are shafts that lead up to manhole covers inside the village itself! I’m amazed one day Astwood Bank villagers might see this baldy hoodlum come scurrying out of a manhole like some ninja turtle haahaaahaaa :wink:

Summer Rain … awww Memories from childhood. When i take off the clothes except underpants :hinna: .. and run around the the house up and down.. and then every time got fever and dad/mom sitting on my bed giving me doses of medicine & milk.. with lil lecture.. but who cares next time its the same thing :smiley:

Last year i was some where in uptown with my friends and rain started.. three (2 girls & me) of us leave our business bags (coming from an event) .. at Restaurant .. and talking/laughing/smoking/drinking.. on the road in the rain !.

I don’t know about them but for that moment i was back to my childhood the golden days..

so yes weather does change mood, .. :sheyn1:

o god, i m hatting rain. we have winter here and rainy season. I m shivering in my room and my hands are so cold, nearly frozen. Heater is full on not making much difference. and the temp is mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm -2’C already :hayaa: it ll be -5’C by 5am. My friend just took me for a long walk in this cold, in the middle of the night :smack2:
