Okay, I need some advice. Its semi-career, but semi-just plain life advice, but I need to hear some input other than kids at school. They’re all a bunch of competetive jerks, so anyway.
I have this summer off. It’ll be my only summer off. Ever. So, I was wondering, if you had a last summer off…what would you do with it?
Would you use it to do some extra work to spruce up your resume for the next step, or would you just enjoy it?

But who says you cant enjoy while furthering your career potential?....Art major, go stay in the youth hostels in France...Fashion, spend the summer in new yawk or Paris etc. Tech, go to visit silicon valley or see the smithsonian in washington dc....
But above all
ENJOY.
Never again in your life will you have this opportunity or this "lack" of responsibilty in your life. Once you begin to work and really establish your career or get married or have kids, you will Inshallah be very happy but will also NOT have the freedom to hop on a cargo flite to where ever on the planet you wanna go, nor will it be an option to spread a blankie on some floor somewhere to sleep.

It could work, but right now, my money is going into my schooling, and for me to spend all this extra money on a vacation is difficult to do. That's the thing. If I don't do anything, I'm going to be sitting at home.
