2 is great time to introduce them to fruit and vegetables. Try the seasonal fruit like mangoes, berries and melons.

Summer is a good time for lots of fresh fruits like berries and melons.Smoothies can be a hit with kids this age.
Rest all comes down to what they like to eat regardless of season.My 2 yo is a picky eater and not to keen on smoothies,but she loves watermelon and strawberries.
