Now with the summer here; and everyone coming out of hyberanation how is your diet adn excersize routine changing?

Definitely eating more fresh fruit and drinking a lot of water. And, I feel active in the summer, so im more regular at the gym...

waaateeerrrr and lots of summer-y fruits. strawberries, cherries, watermelon and what not. Exercise, has not changed yet, but im thinking of leaving the threadmill and going out walking/jogging.

I've started a diet (Optislim) for the first time ever in my life.. Just want to lose 10 pounds so not a massive drop.. Also started using Slendertone and back on the treadmill but not regularly.. Anyway will see how it goes, fingers crossed I can lose the weight within a month or so..

My exercise routine hasn't changed that much- 5 days a week, 1 hour a day. I'm also drinking a lot of water.
I've recently heard about cooler cleanse and I really want to try it out...just to help me detox my body and give me an added boost of energy.
