It’s kind of related to the topic but can we have a beginners BBQ tips and tricks here? I will be doing my very first BBQ on Mothers day inshaAllah but I need some ideas and recipes. Thanks

So far I plan to do some tikka boti on seekh, chicken tikka, chops, and may be bihari kabab in addition to corn.. is this too much, too little for a family of 3?

I think it is a little too much…but worry not,I can join you(to eat it..!!)…
