Re: Summer Attire for the Muslim Sheeeeekkkkk chicks
thanks kidss.. love you all
lessons learned:
- color block like afshi not like Kim K.
- longdresses.. short dressed won't flow in the summer
- muslim ladies will be rocking cardigans in the summer too :(
Re: Summer Attire for the Muslim Sheeeeekkkkk chicks
we dont have the limited here :( at least i dont think so.
also mun, if your comfortable in wearing half sleeves, then go for it. there are a lot of half sleeved blazers and cardis. I saw this nice linen blazer at Esprit. It was white, but they didnt have my size. :(

If you're in the UK, New Look had loooooads of maxi's on sale today!
Re: Summer Attire for the Muslim Sheeeeekkkkk chicks
River Island have one on sale.. Beautiful burnt orangy one with an elasticated above the waist band which I much prefer and had small floral print.. The material was beautiful and a bargain at £15 from £40 I think
Only thing is it has a peephole design at the top but I would rather stich that up or cover the back with a light cream or orange piece of cloth than not have the dress
have a look before they all disappear
urggggg. i want an everyday maxi dress but the viscose ones (the plain ones are all viscose) are all hiiiiii look at my butt jiggle wiggle.
Re: Summer Attire for the Muslim Sheeeeekkkkk chicks

Re: Summer Attire for the Muslim Sheeeeekkkkk chicks
I love dresses! My entire wardrobe mostly consists of dresses and skirts. I wear almost every dress with opaque tights and it doesn't look revealing at all. It looks classier than even pants. my style is mostly vintage and I think it's very modest. It probably isn't modest enough for hijabi women but I think nonhijabi women should try it. Dresses usually accentuate your curves in a nonvulger way whereas jeans/pants normally showoff your behind more and short and tight blouses don't really do much for a woman's body. I am honestly more comfortAble in dresses and tights
Re: Summer Attire for the Muslim Sheeeeekkkkk chicks
if only there was a fashionable line available for muslim ladies to rock the fashion on streets, i love maxi dresses with ( cardigans ) though but i cant carry that as u know with kids and house chores u can wear it all the time we need variety but with edge isnt i m in love with using colours in summer but i think for us gul ahmed lawn tops would be lovely with different types of trousers and top it up with very stylish asseccories . http://shazfashionandbeautylifestyle.blogspot.com/

Theorist I am exactly the same a total dress/skirt with tights girl. I have a couple of pair of jeans which i team with long flowy tops
Girlsss...could you pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee PM me pics of yourselves wearing these types of outfits! Or show my an example of an outfit you would wear. I also loveeeeeee dresses and skirts but my fiance doesnt like them...I want to show him that they can be worn in a way that is decent and still covers.
Or at least explain...when you wear dresses and/or skirts (with opaque tights), how long are they? Knee length? Even shorter? How short is too short?
