can we have a thread in which important happenings on gs will be listed everyday? i want it to be like a gs news bulletin.

for example we can list new arrivals, weddings, divorces, love triangles (or rectangles), online crushes and grudges, policy changes, funny/stupid/memorable threads, or any other exciting news relating to this place. the criterion for any piece of information provided in this thread should be ‘newsworthiness’. it should be concise but complete. and it should somehow relate to this place or its well-known members.

the reason i want such thread is that when i come back after let’s say 2 years i want to be able to catch up on important things without having to go through twenty thousand threads. this thread can also serve as ‘the thread’ for all those who have no more than 5 minutes a day to spend on these forums.

let the fun begin!!

according to me the whole point of being in a forum is so u could do something 'fun' and time taking while surfing the net..summing it all up kills the whole point, no?
