My eyebrows are in desperate need of expert threading! What am I going to do without a Pakistani threading lady for one year? My eyebrows will either grow into a mono-brow or I will have to do my own plucking and waxing.
I cant thread my own eyebrows and I dont trust anyone except Sultana (threading lady in Joburg) or Shagufta (threading lady in Durban) with my eyebrows.

You know what suroor, Japanese women are not hairy at all, so they dont get their eyebrows done!!
what most Japanese girls and women do is, they take off their whole eyebrows and they buy these stencils, and you colour your eyebrows in.

in the cosmetics section in shops they always have all these eyebrow pencils.

hmm.. ur only option is to do plucking then.. i wudnt suggest to use wax if u havent done that before own ur own. hehe u dont want half of ur eyebrows missing :D
well, i did a 3-step thing, which has kinda worked. I first waxed the top, but now its grown back and im out of wax and i havent seen wax here, so i bleached the top part (yes i bleached it) and i also bleached the middle, and then i tweezed the bottom part.

waisay there r some recipes of how to make wax at home in the life forum. u'll have to search though.. i remember some threads there about it.
no i wouldnt do that. i remember once my sister made it at home, and it stuck to her legs and wouldnt come off! im scared of homemade wax, thus. but my sister is sending me wax strips from the us, which will take like a month to get here.

haha..what about pakistani men..they do have a lot of hairiness to them as well!
Body hair is ok for men. It’s totally :yukh: on girls.
Admittedly. I have a lot less body hair than the average guy, but when I was at school (noticed this back in 1997), there were a couple of desi girls who had hairier arms than me!!!
Whats considered hairy for men arms/legs? Both from the male and the female view point?
it is NOT ok for men, some have hair sprouting out of their shoulders :yukh: and just underneath their eyes and EWW its GROSS on GUYS as well!
iv never had my eyebrows done from anyone else.
what i do is thread the upper bit & tweeze the lower one,makes the whole process easy.
Dont use wax .
