my nephew and niece bought two parakeets and they named them Sultan and Purple. I think Sultan is a funny name given to a parakeet. LOL:)

please be very careful with these pet birds while cleaning their cage. make sure you clean it every other day and wear a mask every time while carrying out the task.

Very nice names. I liked Sultan. I had parakeets till last year, but i always felt bad for putting them inside due to 4-5 months longing snow season. It seems very unfair.
do you know that parakeet are also very intelligent and can learn a lot if taught properly. Ofcourse it needs time. People normally think only large parrots can learn but thats not the case.
