i m fair freckled grl..i dnt want my whole hairs to get bleached out..my hair color is dark brown…
i knw thy will do bleachng for streaks,but i dnt want bleachng for base color as welll…

if you are fair with freckles you might have red undertones in your hair. try using light golden brown hair colour. it will turn out to medium brown without bleaching it.
if you don't like reddish tones then go for ash brown.
