MQ, i understand that its all up to the individual.... however, in a culture/society that values obedience to parents, and the good of the family/community over the personal happiness of hte individual, isn't saying that it's up to the individual what they will do with their life, when all thier life they've been conditioned to do what everyone else says wrong (for lack of a better word)?
