i thought it was really important that I reply to your thread. A friend of mine attempted suicide over a "guy", i found her trying to kill herself and called 911. she was taken to the hospital and died at least two times. They were able to bring her back... and now mashAllah she is happily married with a great husband and two wonderful children mashAllah...
please do not do anything drastic. nothing is that important that you must kill yourself and spend your eternity in hell. there is always a way out. always pray to Allah (SWT) for help. you are in my prayers...
Everyone you ask, the reply will be the same. Don't do it. Not worth it. Not allowed in Islam. Think of the hurt you will cause. I'll say the same things.
Thanks to Allah, conditions have never been so desperate for me, but I've seen some people in pretty bad situations. People commit suicide when they see no hope. When they see no way out. It's a irreversible decision, but one that some people have had to make. Don't judge them too harshly.
Although in your situation, I'd highly recommend what I call the "Grief Treatment". Fake it. Give them a taste of what's to come and your parents will come crashing down to Earth. After that, they will be at your command :p
i have thought about it and when i was going through some tough times almost went for it but it's a very selfish act committing suicide, it would be like torture for all the family members that love that person. they have no right to kill themselves and leave all those people crying for them
I do know someone who did it though. He was in grade 11. His gf broke up with him. He was depressed and the doctor put him on meds but he wouldn't take them consistently. He went upstairs in his family house one day and shot himself with his father's hunting rifle. His mother is STILL a wreck. This happened over 6 yrs ago. He grew up in the same neighborhood as me.

Not many months back my life was a real mess. I did not commit suicide nor I thought about it because I had life inside me but I wished for death on many occasions , I prayed in my namaaz for death because I was being abused and extremely mistreated. Now after like 10-11 months my life is faaar from perfect but I am better than I was yesterday .Alhamdolillah I am happy and now I have desire & a reason to live. There are so many people in my life who love me and my presence makes a difference to them and I want to live for them. I know life sometimes get really really tough and you don't see any way out that is when you want your life to end. When you completely become hopeless and pain gets too much to handle .
LA why are you becoming hopeless ? please share with us wat your problem is . Your life is precious and I am sure there are many people who love and your presence in their life makes alot of difference.
You don't know what khusiyaan Allah has kept for you in future. May be after a few months , or a year or two Allah sends something on your way that will change your life and will give you loads of happiness.
Its the most cowardly and despicable act. When you have such thoughts, just think of the millions and millions of people fighting for survival living in conditions far worse than those of animals, who survive on eating insects, rotting vegetables and dead animals and feed them to their children, and people who are disabled and dependent on others even for a glass of water or even to relieve themselves. Life ain't easy on everyone and people fight and struggle. You think you have it that bad.

In all other cases, if you contemplate suicide you are a coward. Assuming you don't come with a reboot button, you have one chance at living your life and if a failed relationship/career or w.e the **** makes you consider suicide, then you are a moron and a half and need to grow some balls.
