Sui Gas, sell it

Safety of national assets at all cost and no one will be allowed to damage vital national installations says the Prime Minister meeting Balochistan governor. We read so much today about damage like blowing of electricity grid connecting Quetta, attempted blowing of railway track and railway station, bombing telephone exchange, bomb blasting this and that. If no body is to be allowed then why all those including Sui installations were allowed to be damaged. Who issued “damage allowing licences”, to whom and on what fee. For the last 20 years people are fed up listening such empty words. Today if a Minister says government will not allow anyone to play with life and property of public, will not increase electricity charges, people rightly take it as guaranteed that next day some life or properuty is definitely going to be burt and electricity charges definitely going to increase. Our police or security units are not that inefficient in preventing such incidents as one may think. They are only helpless for two reasons. One is 90% of them are engaged in protection of VVIP like Ch. Shujat to keep angel of death away from them. Twp if they catch someone in a minute on a telephone the arrested one will have to be sent home with respect in police jeep and the concerned police officer with his face blackened to his home. We have already sold half of our strong national assets in the hands of foreigners under privatization. Today these half are only in the books national assets as practically we have no power and jurisdiction over them. To save the rest of the national assets like Sui installations from getting blown up etc it is much better if we sell these under privatization to foreigners. Thus these assets would be saved as well our reserves which are stagnet at 12 billion for the last 2 years will also go up. When assets like Sui gas etc will be owned and in hands of foreigners no Sardar or ghost liberation army would damage as present damage exercises are on the signals from “some” foreigners.
