Hi everyone!
What can I have in sehri other than paratha? I don’t feel like eating anything at sehri time and my mother forcefully make me eat paratha, I feel heavy hearted and nausea after eating.
Can you guys please suggest me anything else which will not make me hungry till iftar ?
Btw I just eat in iftar and no dinner.

You can have fruit as the fiber will keep you feeling full, protein will also fill you up. You can have milk, or a boiled egg, or toast with egg. Milk and cereal. If there’s left-over chana chaat, I’ll have that for sehri as it contains fiber and protein.

Yeah i had a toast with omelet and half a bowl of yoghurt ,i didn’t start having hunger pangs uptil now i was having so bad nausea even before eating,i took anti-emetics prior sehri.
l surely shall eat all these given recipes/tips each day.
I do and for the first time, I am doing better all day that I did in previous ramadans stuffing myself with parathay and carbs and junk food at sahoor :halo:
