suhoor/sehri

Hi everyone!
What can I have in sehri other than paratha? I don’t feel like eating anything at sehri time and my mother forcefully make me eat paratha, I feel heavy hearted and nausea after eating. :frowning:
Can you guys please suggest me anything else which will not make me hungry till iftar ?

Btw I just eat in iftar and no dinner.

Me too, do nt feel like eating anythng at sehr. So my mother Prepare finger chips plus 2/3 glass of thanda Milk.. Try it. It will do for u

There’s nothing that won’t make you hungry but you can actually eat other things like cereal with milk, oatmeal etc

We don’t eat parathas either, we have things like, omlette, toast, croissants, brioche rolls, teacakes, yoghurt, cereals, oats.

take bread, yougart or cereals or an apple wth galss of milk

You can have fruit as the fiber will keep you feeling full, protein will also fill you up. You can have milk, or a boiled egg, or toast with egg. Milk and cereal. If there’s left-over chana chaat, I’ll have that for sehri as it contains fiber and protein.

Yeah i had a toast with omelet and half a bowl of yoghurt ,i didn’t start having hunger pangs uptil now :stuck_out_tongue: i was having so bad nausea even before eating,i took anti-emetics prior sehri. :teary1:

l surely shall eat all these given recipes/tips each day.

if i’ll ask her for chips in sehri she’ll be like " kuch kaam ka nahi khana bus yehi fried cheezen khana" :stuck_out_tongue: you’re lucky you get it.

chana chaat is so tempting , i like it, i’ll keep some aside for tomorrow’s sehri insha’Allah.

i have moong dal with roti. bowl of yogurt. cup of chai. and then, loads of water

I’ve been having overnight oats shake and cheese/mushrooms folded in an omelette for sehri

iftar is fruit chaat and loadssssss of mint lemonade mainly

I do. Pretty much everything on this list is a part of my diet repertoire. You should try it.

I do :snooty: and for the first time, I am doing better all day that I did in previous ramadans stuffing myself with parathay and carbs and junk food at sahoor :halo:
