Suhaag Raat

kay, I’ve been using this forum for a year but I’m 2 shy to post from my real account

I live in beliguim and I’m getting married in 2 weeks, my fiancee is from Pakistan and he will be coming here for the wedding. My friends were having a chaand raat and they started teasing me about my suhaag-raat, I had no idea what it was. I just laughed and played along and later while alone with another friend asked wtf is a suhaag-raat. OMG! OMG! OMG!!! I had no idea that happened on the first night. I only met my fiancee twice and we talk on the phone sometimes. I thought we would get to know each other better and then take the leap, I’m really worried now. I don’t think I can go through with this after hearing what happens, I don’t want to start a chapter in life by doing something I’d rather not do right now. Have any of you been in the same boat? How can I get a grasp of my life?

you had no idea that a husband and wife have sex on the first night of their marriage? seriously??? you have got to be freaking kidding me..

ok, so you tell him that you’re not comfortable being physically intimate yet, and you’d like some time to get over your shyness…what’s the big deal? you’re certainly no the first girl to be getting married to someone from abroad, whom she’s never met..believe me, it has happened before
