What does your definition of sughar means? What qualities should a person have in order to be label as one?

Sughar to me means COMPETENT. Both men and women can be sughar. You should be comptetent enough to do things in a disciplined and most efficient manner.
the definition of sughar in teh eys of aunties and moms is:
a girl who knows how to do all the household chores efficiently n she doesnt make alot of mess...her bathroom n kitchen should be clean and she should be neat n tidy all teh time as well. She should know silai karrhai...n how to comb someone else's hair...(i.e. her saas)...
wow...i have none of these qualities....:D

Let me look at your list..and see what i can do..i look neat and clean..i am fine with dusting, cleaning, vacuming etc..i can cook a bit..but can't make rotis..i don't know a zilch about silhai karhai or any arts crafts..i loved hairstyling since as a kid..so i am fine with combing..but i don't have a saas. So, if i am not sughar..then i am not phuhar either..Wohoo!

i think someone with with saliqa i.e. manners of doing things is called sughaR.
in olden days, sewing, cooking, cleaning etc. were used as a criteria to judge someone to be a sughaR. in today's world the criteria must have been changed.
sugher = jo mein naheen :( = organized, can do things in diciplinary way and in timely fashion.
