What does this word mean? I’ve heard this term being thrown around to describe kitchen talent etc. but what is a the proper definition? what are the qualities of a sughar person?

Skillful in culinary and kitchen matter, good and fine management of home, self sense of looking good. Provide intelligent opinion on domestic matter. I think this term is used among women and how they describe that flan ki baho beti maan is SughaR aur faln ki baho beti maan PohaR …

its just not about culinary skills. its about managing all household works properly. It also include sewing, bringing up children properly....

a sughaR lady is the one who knows something about everything and everything about something.
-she knows how to cook
-she knows how to sew
-she know how to crochet
-she knows how to knit
-she knows a lot about home-remedies
-she keeps her house neat N clean, often spic N span shining
-she wears neat N clean and ironed clothes with starch treatment
plus a lot more
in short, she is a girl/woman who is ready to assume charge of her new in-law's house. :)
