Need your advice
A couple of months ago I was engaged. It was an arranged rishta. We do know each other our whole lives, as kids we were always fighting 
We both live in europe in the same city
We have decided not to date. We have only contact through mail and chat
I do want to communicate with him but I dont know abt what to talk with him and he isnt talkative either
any suggestions?
Light-hearted topics can include likes/dislikes: favorite books/movies/actors/hobbies/places, how your day at work went, something cool/funny that you read or experienced, etc
On a deeper level, you can talk about your feelings about being engaged, dreams and hopes for the future, etc.

You’ve known one another all your lives - and you still don’t know what to talk about!? What kind of woman are you? 
Now, I’d say avoid talking about marriage - talk to him like a friend, pick casual topics, etc. Be very relaxed and confident, not coy and giggly, and all should go well.

You have grown up with eachother and now you both don't know what to talk about with eachother?! Your not in shock are you? You both just sound nervous.
You say it was an arranged rista. What do mean, as in did you agree to it or did parents just get you engaged?

Since you guys talk online a lot why not play some games together? Perhaps play a game of scrabble and challenge each other? Or a game of battleship online? There's a lot of fun two player games that you can find online and play together. You can also get a free program called Log Me In (www.logmein.com) where you can log on to each other's computer and play games together. Or find a show online that you can start watching together, maybe something you've never seen before. Start from season one, show one and watch it together online (maybe one episode everyday?) and message each other when something exciting happens (e.g. 'can you believe what she said?' 'I thought that comment was cute!' or 'I really like the shirt he is wearing, would you wear something like that?') Once you are married you can continue watching these shows together!
Have you considered webcamming?

Well this is normally the BOY side problem as he do not want to put BAD impression on her Fiance, so he is always confused what to talk and what not, the suggestions for boys is ask her about her relatives and he can sleep on the other side of telephone and/or have a coffee. :)
For girls have no idea, normally they are the one who should be speaking..

seems very unusual that u don't talk as then u shud b in some records. get into his life, his likes and dislikes, his experiences and then u too will talk endless, without any full stops.
