Hey guys, I’m wanting to have something similar to this made for my Walima dress, however i’m already wearing red/black on my baraat day so obviously don’t want either of these colours in the dress. Plzzz could u suggest other colours which this dress would look good in, or if anyone has any pics of something similar in other colours im wanting quite light colours…
I quite fancy Coral for my wedding with either grey or dull gold but not sure if that would go with this dress? Or maybe because it’s in such dark colours here I can only visualise the dress looking good in dark colours? What do u guys reckon?
I can't post the pic, there is a similar lengha in a thread about velvet lengha - coral with a dark skirt would look good, maybe coral with a teal blue? There's also a coral/teal lengha pic floating around.....maybe someone can post the pics? s
beige gold dupatta ; coral gown ( I know it is red in above but you can replace it with coral) ; light olive green for the inner shirt,bottoms and borders ; deep forest/emerald green for pipings
I quite like ur idea prototype, but i just don't like the idea of too many colours I really don't want more than 2 colours in the dress. So although I love the suggestion of dupatta being gold and gown in coral im not tooo keen on the additional greens.
But then that means i can't decide on a colour for the jamawar underneath (which is maroon in the original pic)!! How about if the dupatta is kept gold and gown coral but then also have the jamawar underneath in a gold/rust colour? Or do u think that won't go
blue ,orange are really in these days u can use lite blue (instead of black) and peach or coral colour for red and dupptta should be coral with blue banarsi piping
hmmm not a bad idea cancerian87 so either way are u suggesting that I should keep the colour of the dupatta and the colour of the inside bit (red in the pic) the same? Who else thinks that's a good idea... or should all 3 bits be in different colours so: gown, dupatta, and inside material which is seen in the slit? Thanks again
