Suggestions for teal/blue eye shadow

I’ve seen a few looks lately that use teal eye shadow and think it looks quite nice for summer evening looks. However, I’ve always been a bit hesitant as I have blue/green eyes and think that the combination of blue eye and blue eyeshadow would be too much blue and look excessive.

However, I recently found a couple of looks that utilise teal eye shadow in combination with neutral colours in a way that looks quite pretty and subtle:

I’m mainly into neutrals (think Naked3 palette) and have never really looked into bright eyeshadow. Does anyone have any suggestion for a shade of teal that could be used to recreate these looks?

if you’re looking for a high quality product, go for MAC. if you go the store, or even online, you can find the colors which you’re looking for. i would rather go to the store so you can try swatches. you an easily find a color which is similar to the pictures above.
if you want slightly cheaper ones, go for NYX eyeshadows. i have 3 palletes from nyx but the pallettes are crappy. get the single individual eyshadows or the pigment that comes in a jar. i actually have a teal pigment with slight gold shimmer in it, its beautiful. their pigment thing is just as good as MAC pigments. i have heard their eyeshadows are pretty good but i didn’t like the pallettes. its hard to find nyx in regular stores though so look online for swatches.

this is the MAC pigment in teal. its harder to use pigment as it gets all over the place but the color pay off is gorgeous.

and here is nyx seafoam green:

Ben Nye Jade and Ben Nye Turquoise eyeshadows are very nice shades of Teal. They are easily available though.

Whoops! I meant they are NOT easily available.

Hmm, I wonder if darker blue shadow will make light blue eyes stand out more...and if light blue shadow will make darker blue eyes pop. How about a more violet-blue?

Thanks everyone!

After having a look at MAC, I decided to go with Aquadisiac as it seems to have the most teal/turquoise out of all the shades I looked at. It also looks the most similar to the shade used in the pictures. It’s quite similar to MAC Teal Pigment but a bit lighter with more of a Turquoise undertone.
