Look at HTC’s , there are various models, such at the Sensation. they are pretty good these days, and fairly decent price.
Samsung galaxy is also nice.

I want to suggest you the latest Nokia Touch & Type X3-02 it has both the feature touch and type I think it will be best because single touch screen phones can be problematic when their touch stop working.
