Not just for videos, I mean't introducing a voting system for all posts; in all of the forums.

We have a rating system ..

its starts from "Wah wah" and ends with "Aaakh thoo"

So you rate a post , 5 point ten point etc, what kind of benefit GS members or GS at large will drive out of this rating system ?
I was all up for it, thinking it will give some kind of sense of achievement to GS members , then I saw people here are opening threads and posting all kinds of replies without looking for any kind of reward or punishment.
It could be used as a deterrent for hateful and hurtful replies but when GS had repo. system people who were posting hateful and hurtful replied did not care for any kind of repo. points and would do what they wanted to do.

or you pay members who accumulate higher levels of quality point. Posts that are graded by atleast 5 others and which get either 1,2,or 3 stars get 1,2 or 3 points for the poster. When they accumulate 100 points, pay tham a $1. Or donate $1 in their name to a charity they nominate.

Where will the $ come from? Simple. When people go to rate a post, place target ads there. You get paid by Google.

I know the numbers need tweakeing but you get the idea.

This may work a little better if you give the option for members to receive 50% and donate the other 50% of the reward.

Of the % that the members get pais, 10% of that should be sent to my paypal account, since I came up with the scheme. Another 10% should optionally be donated to my favorite charity which is me.

ad revenue sharing has guideline issues from what I was told.
