One good think about the Like button is one can like a post whenever one wants. There are some sites that don’t allow this after first few days of posting.
The previous Like button was nice - we could go to our profile and see who liked our post. Now, unless we know which post has been liked, it is virtually impossible to track down which post was liked. Of course, after tracking it down, one can see who liked the post.
I liked the ability we had earlier to easily see who liked our posts. Feedback from fellow posters is important. And in my humble opinion, the new like feature has made it difficult to get that feedback.

Your suggestion is being archived, and will remain relevant for consideration in the coming update(s), and we’ll do our best to devise a better way to look back at history of liked posts.

I wonder if we collect statistics on how many times dislike was clicked vs. like. I mean, are people clicking the dislike button to show they don't agree and move on without posting? Is it killing conversations? Or are they not clicking it, but responding to the poster to express their disagreement/displeasure?
Thank you all for chiming in on this. Just for your information, the change was put in place deliberately to reduce the load on servers. Your feedback is duly noted, and we will do our best to implement a better system of accessing previous Likes for review-sake in the upcoming update(s).
Can someone please tell me how to un-dislike a post?? I was just reading a post and accidentally pressed the thumbs down button. Now it won't let me undo it. I also don't like these new like and dislike buttons at all. Please change them.
