hi all. i started JM 30 days shred today.since i have read about it before that it really tires you out and all..i didnt feel much worked out.. yes it wasnt very easy but bohat tough bhi nahi tha..
i was just confused will it work for me.. i did the entire video properly.(except for pushups).with weights.did elliptical 30 mins before starting the shred.
Guys should i combine JM Rip in 30 along with this? doing this stuff for the first time.

there is a 30day shred thread here.. you should check it out I personally found 20 mins not enough so i did do an additional workout mostly 30-40mins even if it was just walking or an ab workout. Ripped in 30 has very similar moves to the shred.. i personally wouldn't do them both together 20mins of Jillian is more then enough for one day.
