Was curious to know, my brother is getting married this coming January in Pakistan. We are currently based in middle east. Since the girl lives in Pakistan. Instead of buying clothes (Vari) for her from here we have decided to give her cash money so that she can shop of her own choice from Pakistan. Now we have already bought Gold. There is just one single function. For Mehndi there is Small gathering at home. And then Baraat/ Walima together at MUGHAL-E-AZAM Banquet.
What do you guys think is reasonably good amount to be given to the bride. We are pretty confused. How much cash money sound decent to be given for her shopping. That’s includes only clothes, Shoes etc only. Apart from that makeup & Gold has been done by us already.
