We do have Achar gosht and what not ..

Baingan is like sponge anyway .. you need to give it flavor ..

maybe that Khataa Meetha Baingan is indian/veg version of Sweet and Sour Prawns

but achar gosht is not khatta meetha atleast

and yeah may be that baingan r good i didnt try it though
