Suggest us a new bunisess

We are inshahallah going to buy a land in Karachi (small around 450 sq two stories) and now planning to install some small machinery on it.

For that we need your advice , what types of small machineries you can suggest. Something which might be new or atlest runing item

Like , we had studied a plastic seal making machines but the problem is their market is very small, so we give up that idea.

Is there any suggestion , you can give?

what is your back ground - are you already involved in some kind of a nixer and this is going to be your first business ?

We are already in trading business of lubricant and as we are two brother so want to start a new business. so thinking of options we might have.
