Question mainly for North-American residents (since this issue doesn’t exist much in Pak)
Which **whole wheat ATTA **are you people using in your homes for making roti/chappati, etc?
We were using “Sher” desi style but lately notice it’s producing more white roti’s than ones which seem like whole wheat. Perhaps they have reduced the wheat part in it?
We tried Pillsbury Chakki Fresh Atta but the roti’s sort of come out dark brown or black-ish color but we’re not sure if that’s right or how its supposed to be.
Looking to try the purple-colored bag of Golden Temple Atta next.
Which brands do you use in your homes?
We want to see which is the best “whole wheat” with best fibre readings
