What would you suggest fields that an Systems Engineer can get into that may use his/her strengths from engineering field.
I guess Finance would be a good field since their maths is really good.Any others?

What exactly do you mean by systems engineering... where were you working and in what role? If you are jumping ship from engineering altogether, finance is good; but generally engineers do manage technicians too, so you might consider non-financial (administrative) roles as well.
Another possibility is management science/operations management.
