I am not good at mobile name and brands.
Actually, I own samsung s3 now for my child i also want a touch mobile but i cannot affort expensive one. My budget is around 5000 need some phone that can work like s3 or similar. By similar i mean similar in touch an functions .
I know s3 second had price is around 15000 , so even some low models what you can recommend.
I am ready to buy old one , but confuse what models can be good any suggestion.

Qmobile is the cheapest for touchphones right now. It’s obviously not going to be Samsung quality but it might be workable for you. If that is not the case then 2nd hand of Samsung would be better. Do check out oxl website to see what Samsung phones are being sold in your budget
How old is the child? How will they benefit from having a touchscreen phone?

No child should have the death trap knows as the radiation spewing demon gadget. Keep your child’s sanity, keep him/her away from cellphones.
