Re: suggest ideas for Halal , Zabihah, Muslim meal
I've also tried Soyaa qeema. Its good, if you want to fix pasta with meat (fake meat) sauce.
Once we went to a friends house who were hindus and the lady marinated and baked a whole cauliflower. You cut it like you cut the whole turkey and eat like that.
Grilled head of big size mushrooms can be replaced as hamburger pattie in a sandwich
and dont foget Eggs plus all the vegetarian break fast items available like Soya breakfast Sausage, Soya bacon strips, hash browns and breakfast patties.
Re: suggest ideas for Halal , Zabihah, Muslim meal
there are a lot of frozen ready-to-eat options available in desi grocery stores here, vegetarian meals and halal ones as well. i recently tried 'Mezban' brand frozen chicken shami kababs and seekh kababs, excellent taste and ready in under 10 mins. if u want the halal variety, u gotta visit ur local indian/pakistani grocery store, lots of options.
Re: suggest ideas for Halal , Zabihah, Muslim meal

MOE'S-MOO KIDS MEAL it's very big and you can save half for later. has a lot of veggies and it's less than $5.
AMY'S KITCHEN FROZEN FOOD-all vegetarian, and they have Indian, Thai, American, etc
KASHI FROZEN FOOD-i like the 'Black Bean Mango'
LOCAL INDIAN RESTO-usually have buffet for ~$7. If you get it to go, you will have enough food for 2 meals.
FALAFEL-so filling and good! maybe at ur local arbi restaurant. or you can buy a box mix for like $2. u just have to fry them
Noticed you're eating mostly American fast food. That can get boring. Why not try some new cuisines like Thai, Chinese, Lebanese, etc? that will get you out of your rut. If all else fails, you'll have to learn how to cook ;)
