Think about new names for Gawadar that are catchy in a global arena. Seems like Gawadar is simply a Gawa (may be cow or milk of cow) and dar (a door).
Anyway, the point is that this port should be named with something more in tune with future. An international travel destination for fun, surf, sun, and clear blue waters of the Arabian Sea, and Hormoz strait.
I guess there can be 2 groups (add more if you like)
Adding something to existing name (new Hong Kong, new Dubai, new Boston)
Brand spanking new name like Port Koita, Port Aqua etc.
Let’s get the creative juices going.
p.s. I kept it in world affairs to make sure the issue is more international than just Pakistan-specific.

you love creating weird new words, you should give it a try, for us, we are not stricken with inferiority complex like you and do not hold licking western boots as our only change of salvation and pakistani names are just as fine for us....

Kalkoota, Calcutta, or Kolkatta never cought on as the "Bali" of Bharat.
