hey well i have been working out at the gym but am not well have been on anti depressants for a few months which have made me put on a little weight some one told me to start horse riding it helped her lose in inches and tone up was wondering if it works any suggestions??

I like jogging, but I can't do it in a gym. I prefer being outdoors...where the natural surroundings change as your move. You're not stationary...you get fresh air...and you lose fat from all over your body.
How about swimming? Or if you're into dancing, you can even look into Zumba. Maybe take an exercising class with some friends. The socializing could help with the depression. Could be a yoga/pilates/spinning class.

You know one thing Im learning is there are soooooooooooo many forms of fitness and exercise its amazing. You could do yoga, pilates, spinning, zumba, aerobics, step classes, jazzercise, circuit training, boot camps, dance classes, sports, etc etc etc. It doesnt have to be running on a treadmill for an hour and counting down the minutes until its over. Once you find something that works for you and you enjoy.............you wont need the anti depressants. :) So go out there and start experimenting!!!! Its actually quite fun!
Ive not heard of horse back riding aiding in toning but it doesnt sound too far off the mark if its taken seriously like a sport.

good luck and definately start to go for a walk or jog,being outdoors make for a healthy complexion and also will take your mind off things....
