only used sometimes for my dad coz hes diabetic.... that stuff can never b as good as sugar tho lol

sugar substitutes for baking can include applesauce and honey...Splenda.

Splenda and Equal is used regularly in my household due to my father's diabetes.

alhamd..i dont have any such issues but still i use brown sugar for so long...and splenda just recently..but found this splenda is bitter:-/

I actually think splenda works rather nicely as a sugar substitute.
