Anyone have a tried and tested recipe for sugar free cake, or maybe using a sweetener like Splenda?? I am on a low sugar diet and craving sweets so bad

they suck, they taste awful....anyhow afro, just subsitute sugar with splenda in the recipie.

U can of course substitute sugar with splenda or fruit sugar.

why don't you add dates, raisins and other such nuts and fruits. I always add them to my cakes and cookies along with a little sugar, and they turn out great and sweet. Or use honey or brown sugar instead of white sugar. Artificial sweeteners are not good for health, i's better to avoid them and just use less sugar.

artificial sweetners are so dangerous for health u're better off having sugar than having splenda :/ i took splenda a few years ago and it made my heart flutter ....my heartbeat would get fast for no reason. i did some research and found that many other people had suffered similarly after using it and stopped usage. heart flutter went away.
use honey, dates or raisins. or try stevia (only sweetner somewhat safe) or agave nectar or molasses available at healthfood stores.
