Sufism Exposed.

Re: Sufism Exposed.

I have already stated that not all forms of sufism are wrong, just the extreme sufi beliefs that still prevelant...and one needs to be really careful as they all come under the disguise of "zikr". But now we have these Barelvis trying to prove how their form of Islam is the correct form. Their leader Ahmad Raza Barelvi...who asked his followers to cook all of his fav. dishes on his death annivarsay every year, so that he may continue enjoying the biryanis and kheers, even after his death. I mean how pathetic can it get...if you cant figure out that this guy was a joke. And some of the poetry he did...was clearly out n out shirk.

It is seriously disturbing to see our generation with all the education and information at their disposal, still confused and unable to differentiate between what is right and what is wrong.

What good is your education, if one is unable to figure out what is Haq and what is Batil. Is our formal education only limited to securing us a professional job so that we can live off nicely?

Our scale of measure is the Quran and the Sunnah, and the teachings of the early pious scholars belonging to the first three generations. How difficult is it...to measure the practises of muslims of this day against that scale and see weather the particular practice in question is right or wrong? Modernism, secularism, Sufi Tareekas, Barelism, TJism, Wahabism...whatever it may be.

It doesnt take much, to verify what is right and what is wrong. Or is that we are happy with the religion and practice of our forefathers...just like the people of Arabia..to whom Rasoolallah (sas) was sent. If thats the case...we are living in Jahiliyaah, no mater how many degrees we gather and no matter how many advances we make in science or medicine.
