Lately my computer suddenly just shuts down without any warning… I notice now that it’s happened only when I visit/log into gupshup… is anyone else having the same problem? If not, then what can I do to fix it…?

Does it mean there’s something wrong with the fan thingy? Because recently my speaker wire got stuck in the fan

Which fan? Unless computer case was open...
It could also be some software problem but it seems like a hardware issue and CPU most likely.
The settings in BIOS maybe whats rebooting/shutting down the PC due to high temp.

Download hijackthis and run it. A word file will open and copy-paste everything from that file over here.

hijackthis tool is for professionals... I don't think its good idea to have sabriya run it on her PC. It spells potential for a great disaster on top of one she is already experiencing.

is it only when you log into gupshup? and not to any other work that you're doing them email the gupshup to fix it for you.

Ok I tested this out today... all day the computer was fine, no sudden shutdown or anything, but like 5 minutes after viewing gupshup (even while being unlogged in), it shut down! I turned it back on, stayed for a half hour doing other stuff, but 2 minutes after viewing gupshup it shut down! Why???

Sabriya, WHILE you are on gupshup, what other stuff are you doing? Maybe when you come on gupshup, you focus on it while forgetting there maybe something in the background? ;)

Get a new pc because if someone directs you over the net to troubleshoot, it will make things worst. Or just format and rebuild it... reinstall the operating system.
And no, it is not gupshup. If it was gupshup, a lot of other people would be crying right now. ;)
