I don’t have a yes or no answer to your question. People with stereotypes against career women tend to believe that some how, they need to manage decisions and choices for these women. IMO women by default know her responsibility when she gets into the role of being a wife and/or a mother. So if she can balance both, she’ll continue to do that. If at any point family needs more attention than her career, she’ll not need direction from her partner to make compromises, she’ll do it on her own, willingly.
