Re: Success
One of my favourite quotes is by Calvin Coolidge:
“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan "press on" has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.”
My fav personality in Success world. And y i follow his words…“Neva Neva Neva Giv Up”

Success is being happy with your journey with an eye on your destination.
Success is being the best person you can be.
Re: Success
Success in this order:
1st Success to me is being healthy (you and your family)
2nd Success is money money and ONLY money (it does not matter how many degrees you have, if luck is not with you - none of these degrees will bring you the monetary satisfaction that you need to live (or give) a luxurious lifestyle to your loved ones).

justify ths … luck matter but u need to hav a degree too ![]()
No, not really. There are couple of examples. Let me tell you about this one…
Back to high school - okay this Indian guy who was not good with studies, did not know English well, somehow got through and graduated. He started job at a local 7/11. The rest of us went to college. While 6 years later all of us graduted and were working in the corporate world and some were studying to be dr’s - that dude was already a very successful business man.
He was hard working and managed to buy 7/11 and then franchised… while we were still in college … He also BOUGHT a nice house.
so having a college degree means nothing - luck and hard work plays an important role.
A second guy - he did not go to college. Just took one course in computer - landed a job. He was really good in networking - and walked up the ladder quickly. He is very successful. Has a very BIG house. He did not need a college degree.
